100% Australian handmade by myself using quality hardware and waterproof biothane.
Biothane is a polyester webbing with a PVC coating that makes it more durable, waterproof, Stink proof and easy to clean. I use Beta standard biothane for all my products. It has a soft coating that has the look and feel of leather, including leather embossing. It is soft and very flexible and will hold its flexibility even in very cold weather.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES
If something is faulty with your product and I am notified within 7 days of you receiving your products, I am more than happy to return or exchange your money. All refunds will be given within 24 hours of receiving the product, minus the initial postage cost. The purchaser will need to pay for any postage fees upon returning the product. If the item is being exchanged I will pay up to the sum of $13 to return the new product.
PROCESSING TIME FRAME
As my products are handmade to each individual order, please allow 14 days for turn around not including postage..
During busy periods this time frame will change.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER
YES. You can pick up your order. I will notify you via text message and email that your order is complete, we can then arrange a suitable time to collect your order.
DO I POST WORLDWIDE
NO. I only post Australia wide. Postage is via Australia Post with tracked postage..
