BIOTHANE / ROPE DOG LEADS
This dog lead is made with a difference!
These Australian handmade dog leads are made by me from 8mm marine grade rope with a super comfortable 16mm biothane handle.. The rope is securely clamped together and covered with heatshrink and comes with a snap clip attachment to attach to the dogs collar.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES
If something is faulty with your product and I am notified within 7 days of you receiving your products, I am more than happy to return or exchange your money. All refunds will be given within 24 hours of receiving the product, minus the initial postage cost. The purchaser will need to pay for any postage fees upon returning the product. If the item is being exchanged I will pay up to the sum of $13 to return the new product.

As my products are handmade to each individual order, please allow 14 days for turn around not including postage..
During busy periods this time frame will change.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER
YES. You can pick up your order. I will notify you via text message and email that your order is complete, we can then arrange a suitable time to collect your order.
DO I POST WORLDWIDE?
NO. I only post Australia wide. Postage is via Australia Post with tracked postage..
